Auto-Change Bag on Roll Making Machine with Paper Core Device -- Super Large Bag and Jumbo Roll with Servo Shuttle system ( in-line extruder possibility)

MACHINE FEATURE:
- Super large and Jumbo bag products roll diameter are up to Max. 450mm.
- Simply change of the bag length and tension in one touch on screen.
- The operation can be fast and smooth by shuttle type Sealing and Perforation designe.
- Tensionless sealing; Low noise running and easy change perforation knife designed.
- User can cahgne the tooth knife pitch.
- Optional function: printing mark is possible.
- Heavy duty lifting auto-unwind equipped with off-line Edge Position Control.
- Automatic speed follow by in-feed dancing device of IN-LINE type.
- Full-featured surveillance system of HMI for easy operation and matainance..
- Automatic rewind machine can rewind in varient core size.
- Easily tear-off micro tension system for thin film(min. 8 micrometer).
- Heavy duty film application is possible. The total thickness for bottom sealing up to 240micro.
